Position Overview: Junna Solar Systems Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Executive to oversee solar rooftop sales and manage project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, coordinating material dispatch, organizing campaigns, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong sales acumen, project management skills, and expertise in solar rooftop solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Client Engagement
- Lead, train, and support a team of executives to achieve sales targets.
- Engage with potential clients and stakeholders to ensure successful conversions.
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with clients for business development.
- Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and internal teams.
Client Support and Training
- Provide technical and sales training to clients to enhance their knowledge of solar products and processes.
- Assist clients in conducting site surveys and offer guidance on system designs.
- Address technical queries and provide solutions to clients.
- Conduct monthly training sessions and performance reviews.
Material Dispatch Management
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the timely dispatch of materials.
- Track material movement and update clients on dispatch status.
- Work with the store in charge to ensure the correct Bill of Materials (BOM) is dispatched.
- Address any dispatch-related issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Campaign Management
- Develop and execute sales campaigns to generate leads.
- Ensure at least two campaigns are conducted per month.
- Support clients in executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Assist clients in handling customer inquiries and closing sales.
Target Achievement and Performance Monitoring
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Track and monitor sales performance of the team and clients.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Ensure a 90% achievement rate of assigned targets.
Technical Support
- Provide technical support to the sales team and clients for solar rooftop systems.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure installation quality.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to solar projects.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure project feasibility and design optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy) / MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Experience: 6 months to 5years in project execution in the solar energy sector.
- Proven track record in sales target achievement and client management.
- Strong knowledge of solar rooftop systems, policies, and financing options.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Telangana for client and customer visits.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of solar PV system components, design principles, and installation processes.
- Understanding of solar rooftop policies, net metering regulations, and government subsidy programs.
- Experience with solar project site assessment, load calculation, and feasibility analysis.
- Familiarity with BOM preparation, material dispatch management, and logistics coordination.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to solar PV systems.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP tools for sales and inventory tracking.
