Position Overview:
Junna Solar Systems Limited is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive – Solar Rooftop to drive lead generation and successfully close monthly solar projects of at least 1MW. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and expertise in solar rooftop solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Closure
- Identify potential customers and generate high-quality leads.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve a monthly sales target of 1MW.
- Build relationships with commercial, industrial, and residential clients.
- Follow up with leads, present proposals, and close deals.
Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement business development strategies.
- Work on market penetration strategies to increase solar adoption.
- Represent the company in networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and monitor sales performance against targets.
- Maintain a database of potential and closed leads.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
