Duties:
- Handle receptionist duties, customer liaison, quotes, invoicing, and support the Debtors Clerk.
- Manage costing, stock control, and reporting spreadsheets.
- Assist customers with product sales and orders in coordination with the sales team.
- Maintain and grow customer accounts, establish new business, and generate leads.
- Ensure excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and maintain strong relationships.
- Perform general administrative tasks while adhering to company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Matric
- Own transport and a valid driver's licence
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
