JOB SUMMARY
Oversee Repair shop for portable dewatering equipment. Supervise personnel, scheduling vendors, and provide quotes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and perform mechanical maintenance on equipment.
- Help troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Preparation and adherence to maintenance schedules.
- Mechanical data tracking.
- Strict adherence to OSHA maintenance rules & regulations.
- Ensure that production goals are being met by reviewing operational data and understand the cause and effect of various data points.
- Enforce and maintain company safety programs and procedures.
- Frequent independent decision-making to ensure safe and proper operations are adhered.
- Exhibit at all times safe behavior and perform job in safe manner.
- Operate company equipment and pick-up truck.
- Supervise loading and offloading of equipment with crane.
- Operate forklift to load and unload shop supplies.
- Achieve budgetary goals.
- Manage and track project monthly financials for area of responsibility.
- Coordinate all maintenance activities.
- Accurately provide managerial support.
- Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of company policies and procedures.
- Serve as business partner to Manager.
- Interpret mechanical data and make operational changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively to all levels of the company.
- Directly supervise employees.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum four years mechanical experience with machining, welding, fabrication, pipe fitting and rebuilding equipment.
- Valid, clean driver’s license.
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Must have computer skills and experience with Word & Excel.

- The worker is subject to vibration: Exposure to oscillating movements of extremities or whole body.
