 Business Unit Coordinator needed for a direct opportunity with ExecuPOWER in King of Prussia, PA.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Work within a busy office environment and support project management teams in order to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities
  • Coordinate communication and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the Project Management Office
  • Help plan and implement approved process improvements, including future state design, change management, and transition planning
  • Contribute substantive content to change management plans, reports, processes, business policy, and regulations with minimal guidance
  • Align processes, systems, policies, and organizational structures with mission and strategy of the organization
  • Support financial review and documentation of control processes
  • Provide project management support for large and complex electric transmission, distribution, and substation projects
  • Plan and implement approved business solutions, develop metrics, and methods to collect those metrics, to measure operational efficiency
  • Assist with project invoicing and client close out activities
  • Analyze workflows and processes to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline is a plus
  • Minimum of three years of project management and/or business process experience
  • Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities
  • Must be able to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required
  • Experience with Deltec VantagePoint or a similar is a plus 
  • Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting 
  • Project Controller, Billing Analyst, Fiscal Assistant
