Prado Power, a leader in the
renewable energy industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive
Assistant/Associate to the CEO with a strong engineering background. This
role provides an exceptional opportunity to work directly with the CEO in
driving strategic initiatives, fostering innovation, and supporting the
organization’s growth and impact in the renewable energy sector.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO,
managing schedules, communications, and high-level administrative
functions.
- Provide technical and strategic support to the CEO,
leveraging engineering expertise to contribute to decision-making.
- Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, and
research materials for executive meetings and strategic planning.
- Monitor and track the progress of key projects,
ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Liaise with internal departments, external
stakeholders, and strategic partners to facilitate seamless communication
and collaboration.
- Support the CEO in managing priorities, setting goals,
and driving performance across teams.
- Conduct industry research and analysis to inform
strategic initiatives and provide actionable recommendations.
- Represent the CEO in meetings, events, and engagements
as required, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with
utmost discretion.
- Manage special projects and assignments as delegated by
the CEO, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Requirements

- A Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably renewable
energy, electrical, or mechanical).
- A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a
similar role or in the renewable energy/engineering sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the
ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and
time-management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take
initiative, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Passion for renewable energy and commitment to
sustainability principles is a strong plus.
