Shifts Available & Hours:
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized department/work area.
- Responsible for correcting and polishing dies, correct improperly running dies to ensure even extrusion flow and excel in latest correction practices.
- Assist in die approvals, recording necessary information on die shop logs and AS400 system.
- Lead, train, coach and develop team members.
- Reach desired goals for housekeeping, safety, quality, COTD and production goals.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2-5 Years Manufacturing Experience desirable; the ability to work any shift is required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with AS400 system a plus; Crane and Mobile Equipment Certification required (or the ability to attain this certification through Hydro training as per the Mobile Equipment Policy).
