Shift Availability & Hours:
7pm-7am, continental shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety protocol. Lead by example and hold your crew accountable to do the same.
- Participate in pre and post shift meetings- encourage involvement, actions, and stretches.
- Maintain department housekeeping standards.
- Encourage team to complete STOP observations as scheduled or expected.
- Have complete understanding of company quality standards and standard tolerances.
- Maintain acceptable levels of internal scrap- less than 1.5%.
- Maintain acceptable levels of customer returns- less than 0.5%.
- Maintain low “Full Table” and “Waiting on Stretcher” delay times- less than 2%.
- Complete all daily safety and process check sheets.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-3 years Manufacturing Experience desirable; the ability to work any shift is required.
- Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 130 lbs. on a repetitive basis, with a partner.
- Must have the ability to stand on hard surfaces while working up to 12 hours.
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (hot/cold).
