Shifts Available and Hours:
Continental shift.
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift Premium:
Nightshift - $1.00/hour extra.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety protocol. Lead by example and hold your crew accountable to do the same.
- Lead the Metal Saw crew in operation of equipment while ensuring all safety and QC procedures are followed and while achieving production goals.
- Lift and load material at co-worker’s pace.
- Load material onto metal saw table and operate equipment to move material onto saw bed for cutting.
- Identify in AS-400 and verify cut tolerance adherence on finished product at metal saw.
- Perform appropriate quality checks and identify quality issues.
- Pull up packing instructions in AS-400 and identify supplies needed.
- Safe operation of crane and forklift (must be able to acquire crane and forklift certification within 2 weeks of holding position).
- Following schedule, identify next item needed for completion.
- Using AS400, identify location and rack number for items on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Responsible for housekeeping in the Fabrication area.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 Years Manufacturing Experience desirable
- The ability to work any shift is required.
- Must have ability to work at a fast pace.
- Must be physically able to lift to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to stand on feet for the 12-hour shifts.
- Maintain all the required standards for meeting or exceeding production goals.
