Job Purpose:<\/b>

Performance manager<\/span>, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving excellence in CSP plant operations, ensuring great asset performance, and fostering long -term operational sustainability. Your focus will be on leading initiatives to enhance production efficiency, managing maintenance programs, and executing strategic performance improvements.

<\/li>Proficiency in plant optimization, fault analysis, and relevant technical software.
