Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems.
- Monitor system performance using remote monitoring tools.
- Diagnose and repair faults in inverters, panels, and electrical components.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
- N6 / National Diploma in Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering (or equivalent).
- 2–5 years of experience in solar PV maintenance and operations.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, DC/AC circuits, and fault-finding.
- Knowledge of inverter systems (e.g., SMA, Huawei, Fronius, and Sungrow).
- Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel to sites.
- Wireman’s license or PV GreenCard certification (advantageous).
