YOU WILL…
- Prepare and create offers for PV utility scale projects with a focus on tenders from public clients in France
- Prepare bid for EPCs or sophisticated customers
- Finish first and second bids on client’s system
- Start qualification process for up-coming RFQs
- Follow up offer processes for potential new customers and existing customers
- Analyse tender requirements, identify & manage risks & opportunities in the commercial area (such as currency risks, financial security instruments, payment plans, insurances, tax etc.) and negotiate T&C
- Create of offer strategies and competitor analysis in cooperation with sales
- Determine and analysis of offer parameters and conditions
- Optimize of tools and processes of proposal management, cooperation with an international team
- Work collaboratively with the sales managers
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, technical service, legal, finance and operation management, etc. to ensure smooth customer onboarding
YOU NEED…
- Ideally posses 3-5 years Bid Manager experience in PV, Wind, or Oil & Gas industry
- Able to work under pressure, resilient
- Outstanding ability to pay attention to details
- Excellent client communication
- Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills
- Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or comparable
- Proficiency in Chines and English
- Competency in office software tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
