You will
- Give trainings on module installation and operational maintenance
- Offer testing services to the customer
- Identify and handle product related problems or issues
- Highly focus on continuous quality improvement of LONGi product
- Business travel in Europe in response to customer's after-sales requirements
- Coordinate all technical reports issues by clients and HQ
- Define inspection schemes and ensure the good practices on after-sales problems investigation
- Report and explain results of investigation internally and externally
- Ensure communication with logistics and be responsible for delivery needs
You need
- Good communication skills and strong negotiation skills
- Strong teamwork spirit and able to communicate with different departments
- Fundamental understanding on PV module, with knowledge on system integration basics preferred.
- Good understanding of international applicable standards for PV modules
- Good knowledge of testing, inspection and evaluation procedures to PV modules and PV systems
- Experience in post-delivery claims management is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
- University degree or comparable professional training in the field of engineering or similar
- Willing to travel frequently
