We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Electrical & Battery team.
This is the full time role responsible for following -
- Assist on the floor shop with electrical / mechanical assembly.
- Wiring (EWIS), soldering, crimping, etc.
- Creating physical wiring harnesses as per design.
- Ensuring electrical safety
- Battery charging
- Log keeping
- Cell grading, sorting
- HV battery assembly & related planning & preparations
- Electrical component testing
- Creating test setups as per the design
- Take measurements using multimeter, clamp meter, digital electronic load, megger & report the data
- Support overall aircraft assembly, manufacturing & testing activities
Tech Skills required
- QM at the shop floor
- Should be great with following SOPs and manuals
- Wire harness creation as per design
- Crimping
- Soldering
- Log keeping
- Should have good experience with HV battery packs (Upto 1kVdc)
- Component testing and documentation
- Battery charging
- Good knowledge on Electrical safety
- Preferably prior experience in avionics
Preferred Qualification & Experience
Diploma / B.Tech or B.E (Electrical Engineering or equivalent) with 3 to 4 years of experience
