The Team and Role:
The Sustainability Scouting manager is responsible for looking for technology and innovative ideas for fitting with our sustainable needs in future. He or She needs to work with startups, academic institutions and suppliers to get insights on new material & process and plan the strategy for the implementation.

· To working with BGs and Ops team to understanding sustainability
needs for future
· Apply/Implement new and innovative idea to support for sustainability development
· Manage Proof of Concept to test on the new tech/idea and how it works to reduce CO2 emission and improve circularity
. Manage business relationship with suppliers on sustainable material & process
· Lead projects and promote sustainability to Logi sites
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
· Team player
·Leadership for drive change on green technology and sustainability
· Strategic thinking for new material and process introduction & implementation
· 6-8 years experience on application research and/or RD in consumer electronic
· Sourcing working experience preferred but not essential
· Knowledge on sustainability topics (Circularity, CO2 emission) is preferred
. Working experience on Sustainability material and topics/projects are preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
· Willing to learn new things
· Strong curious to sustainability technology & innovative idea
· Good promotion and communication skill
· Work independently with self-motivated
Education:
· Electronic Engineering are preferred
· Advanced degree preferred (Master of Sci/Eng or PhD)
