Responsibilities:
-Handleday-to-dayaccountingtasks,includingrecordingfinancialtransactions,maintaininggeneral ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
-Prepareandprocessinvoices,bills,andvouchersinanaccurateandtimely manner.
-Carryoutmonthlyandannualfinancialclosings,ensuringcompliancewithestablisheddeadlines.
-Reconcilebankstatementsandcreditcardtransactionstomaintainaccuratefinancialrecords.
-AssistinthepreparationofMIS.
-Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial information and support for audits and reporting.
-Ensurecompliancewithlocalfinancialregulationsandinternalpolicies.
-Assistinmanagingaccountspayableandaccountsreceivablefunctions.
-Maintainorganizedandwell-documentedfinancialrecordsforeasyretrievalandanalysis.
Requirements:
-Bachelor'sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,orarelatedfield.
-1-3yearsofrelevantworkexperienceinaccountingorfinanceroles.
-Strongunderstandingofaccountingprinciples,financialprocesses,andregulations.
-ProficiencyinusingaccountingsoftwareandMSExcelfordataanalysisandreporting.
-Excellentattentiontodetailandaccuracyindataentryandfinancialrecordkeeping.
-Effectivecommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbal.
-Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelywithinateam.
-Strongorganizationalskillsandtheabilitytomanagemultipletaskssimultaneously.
-KnowledgeofIndianaccountingstandardsandtaxationregulationsisaplus.
