Zeitview’s Telecom Vertical is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler/Planner to manage the pipeline of Inspection projects and scheduling across multiple telecom inspection sites. This role is responsible for coordinating and optimizing project timelines to ensure timely execution and efficiency in our operations, and for maintaining the data integrity of our scheduling systems. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling complex scheduling challenges, using data-driven decision-making to optimize processes, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
This position is open to multiple geographies, but the successful candidate must be able to work 4:00pm to 12:00am or 2:00am to 10:00am Eastern Time.
Responsibilities:
●Schedule Management: Manage the project pipeline for telecom site inspections, ensuring that timelines and resource allocations align with project requirements and client expectations. Produce daily lists of sites with upcoming deadlines and anticipated challenges to execute.
●Data integrity management: Review daily list of data issues and resolve, including updating stale dates, filling in missing information, and producing a list of outstanding issues each day for review by next shift.
●Cross-Team Collaboration: Communicate with internal teams to resolve gaps in data, material delays, or scheduling conflicts, ensuring smooth operations and transparency in project workflows.
●Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot scheduling or production issues, adjusting schedules and workflows to accommodate unforeseen changes, such as weather or equipment delays. Provide input into improve operational processes based on problems encountered.
●Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure that all scheduling and operations adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
●Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
●Experience:
○2+ years of experience in scheduling or project planning within the telecom or related industry.
○Previous experience working in a high-volume project environment, managing 500+ projects simultaneously.
●Technical Proficiency:
○Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerBI, Project) and Google Workspace.
○Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or SQL is a plus.
●Soft Skills:
○Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Other language skills considered an asset.
○Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.
○Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
○Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
