- Stops and takes time out of your busy day to help coworkers, especially new team members, understand assignments and help mentor them in their career path
- A passion for training new staff in the field all the tips and tricks you’ve picked up over your career
- Have excellent communication skills and somehow find yourself the default person coordinating activities with your friends and family
- Miss going to the field and getting to see what’s really going on in the ground
- Likes to rub soil on their teeth to texture it (but doesn’t because it might be contaminated)
- Can’t get enough learning
You’re the type of person who has one or more of these qualities:

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Environmental Sciences
- Has or able to obtain within 1 year your professional engineering or professional science designation
- 3 to 6 years experience in the environmental industry
- Asset to have health and safety training related to the oil and gas industry
