Role accountabilities:
Collaboration
- Collaborates with OIM team, OOO domain teams, OTE and Accenture or other vendor teams, to scope, plan, design, and coordinate activities needed to provision, setup or maintain Oracle Cloud SaaS environments, including PaaS solutions and other integrations such as VBS and VBCS.
- Proactively engages with OEA stakeholders to standardize and optimize build and refresh activities for Oracle Cloud SaaS environments
SaaS Environment Coordination and Management
- Responsible for planning and coordinating all cross-lane technical and functional activities needed to provision, setup or maintain Oracle SaaS environments including 3rd party applications and integrations as well as infrastructure projects, upgrades or changes that (potentially) impact Oracle SaaS.
- Ensures standardization and optimization in the way Oracle Cloud SaaS environments are built, including 3rd party tools and integrations.
- Engages collaboration and standardizes deliverables between the different lanes of the tower and follows up with key stakeholders
- Communicates the status of post-refresh activities, as well as Oracle Cloud SaaS environment rebuilds to key stakeholders
- Maintains and aligns a calendar of planned refreshes and environment builds
- Coordinates Oracle maintenance and change/bug notifications for Oracle Cloud SaaS, IaaS /PaaS and all integrations with key stakeholders across the OEA Tower, raising Oracle SRs as required
Change & Release Management
- Supports the OEA Change and Release Manager in planning and issuing reoccurring communications for change and release activities across the OEA landscape, including NOA applications
- Coordination and administration of all Change Requests for OEA Minor and Major CI's, ensuring deployments are arranged with implementation teams as required
- Coordination and administration of activities for the Oracle SaaS Quarterly Update and arranging the pre and post Quarterly Update activities with the teams
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in technical coordination activities in support of ERP projects within a multinational engineering, professional services, or similar firm, preferably in the technical domains of the OEA Tower.
- Experience in project coordination or project delivery within a global professional services, or similar organisation.
- Good understanding of the Oracle products and technical landscape, including, but not limited to Security aspects, SSO, OIC and ODI.
