Under direct supervision from the Operations Manager and Depot Supervisor, this position is responsible for:
- Collecting and delivering environmental samples for Eurofins clients within the GTA area
- Supporting the Depot operations to receive samples, log in, field client calls and take deliveries
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Depot supervisor, projects managers and sales team to efficiently and quickly Collect/drop off client samples;
- Supporting the depot supervisor with bottle orders, client interactions, logging in samples using the companies LIMS system;
- Serving walk-in clients at reception;
- Closing and opening Depot when required;
- Discussing the project with the client to ensure clarity of the requirements, if necessary;
- Various administrative duties (filing, faxing, mailing) as required;
- Other related duties as assigned
