Genius BOS Technology India Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of GameChange Energy Company USA, is establishing a transformer manufacturing plant in Taloja, near Mumbai. Our corporate office is located at 230 East Ave Suite, Norwalk, CT 06855, USA.
We have a skilled team in both India and the USA, focusing on the design, manufacture, and supply of medium voltage power transformers ranging from 500 KVA to 25,000 KVA, with voltage classes from 11 kV to 132 kV. We adhere to international standards such as IEEE and IEC, showcasing our commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and safety.

Head of Quality Assurance Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of Oil filled Distribution and medium power Transformers up to 30 MVA / 132 kV.
- Leading & directing QA related activities inside the company related to ISO Standards.
- Assures quality products and processes by establishing and enforcing quality standards and testing materials and products.
- Implements in-process product inspection standards by studying manufacturing methods and devising testing methods and procedures.
- Creates product quality documentation system by writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
- Responsible for enforcing regulatory and compliance policies and procedures.
- Creates and maintains reports on Quality metrics.
- Makes documentation of internal audits and quality assurance activities.
- Supplier audits related to Quality Management & Control.
- Reviews and approve risk management documentation.
- Conduct MRM and review status of Objectives / KPI’s of each department & circulate report & follow up for closing.
- Implement, Maintain & Sustain QMS / IMS.
- Participate in investigation (Inhouse / Site).
- Lead Customer audits / assessment for PQ’s, coordinate with other departments & follow up for closing.
- Visit Customer / Sites for Technical Discussion.
- Develop culture of Maintain / sustain safety standards as per international standards.
Head of Quality Assurance Required Skills & Experience:
- Preferably Engineering Degree in Electrical / Mechanical + MBA will be added advantage.
- Transformer working background preferred.
- Experience above 20 years.
- Should have Lead Auditor Certification for ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
- Good understanding & implementation knowledge about Six Sigma, 5S & TQM.
- Familiar to ERP or other software.
