Digital Grid provides enterprise software solutions and services to help utilities manage the entire lifecycle of the grid and enable Grids of the Future. These solutions are mission critical, enabling grid operators around the world to deliver safe and reliable power.
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly proactive Sr Executive Assistant who will be responsible for providing top-tier administrative support to the CEO and executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and be adept at managing intricate calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating executive communications. Moreover, the candidate must be highly skilled in handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters for the office of the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO and other senior leaders, departments, and external partners, fostering strong relationships and effective collaboration.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and meeting requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Prepare and organize executive-level documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Conduct research, prepare briefing materials, and provide strategic support on key initiatives, projects, and organizational matters.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively handle administrative tasks to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Support the CEO in organizational governance, decision-making processes, and priority management.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably in the software industry or related technology sector.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and communication platforms.
