Schneider Electric is looking for an agile, growth mindset & problem-solving Partner Support Program Specialist. If you are passionate about providing solutions & interacting with Partners of our products, this role is for you. As a PSP Specialist, you will promote a Customer-Centric mindset and empower partners with quality solutions. You'll enhance processes sustainably, identify competency gaps through audits, and collaborate with teams to propose improvements. Provide assessment sheets to partners to highlight growth areas, maintain the continuous improvement project plan, and support teams in optimizing performance.
*This position requires 75% of travel expectations, mainly within US*
Responsibilities
- Train Partner in assembly of offer specified electrical equipment
- Continuously support Partners in an assembly and manufacturing capacity
- Coordinate and manage UL relations alongside Partners
- Communicate and train new offer releases.
- Create standardized documentation to support training & communication
- Conduct on-site Partner assessments, and improvement planning.
- Develop and maintain professional relationship with Partner associates
- Champion corrective actions & escalation process on behalf of Partner for any assembly issues.
- Detect all opportunities to serve the Partner while addressing Partner support requests
- Maintain and Develop skills & toolsets relating to internal processes.
- Propose solutions to improve Partners’ performance
- Proficient in the promotion and demonstration of digital tools to Partners to improve Partner experience
- Fully complete and correctly categorize case details into the system (using bFO)
- Lead and support Partner demos when required to provide the best on site experience
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in related field is required, Master's degree is a plus.
- Working knowledge of basic electrical products
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Digital citizenship/PC Skills
- basic level is essential (Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- preferred (bFO, iPad, QR/DM label creation, Zebra label printer)
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team.
- Able to adapt to change and learn new skills quickly
