What will you do?
We are seeking a Digital Building Service Fleet Manager with a passion to execute the fleet strategy to deliver targets for safety, environment, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency for Digital Buildings. This position will oversee day-to-day support processes for Digital Building service vehicle replacement to achieve the EV goals and comply with the EV Fleet Services Policy in collaboration with Finance, Branches, Category Manager, HSE and fleet service provider.
Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of CO2 emission reduction targets providing information to Category Managers for the CO2 emission calculations in collaboration with Fleet Analyst & Branches
- Interact with Fleet Management company to ensure expected support is being delivered
- Create standard vehicle specifications working with stakeholders
- Ensure vehicle maintenance standards are followed
- Monitor vehicle use and order replacement vehicles based on established parameters
- Ensure vehicle replacement standards are followed
- Ensure new vehicle specifications are correct for the position
- Ensure vehicle replacement decision are made uniform and consistent
- Manage vehicle replacement requests
- Work with business stakeholders to align vehicle inventory and ordering with headcount plans
- Oversee Fleet Support Team
- Assign vehicles to new hires
- Recover vehicles when a driver leaves
- Handle transportation and storage of vehicles
- Contact driver and manager when vehicle maintenance is missed
- Ensure actions for registration are completed as requested
- Handle maintenance escalations
- Oversee GPS (telematics) program
- Collaborate with the Fleet Analyst and implement actions with Branches to enhance safety culture and optimize utilization
- Ensure all vehicles have an active GPS device and maintain GPS system driver and vehicle assignments
- Report high risk driving to managers
- Manage EV transition, compliance, goals, and progress reports.

Who will you report to?
- This position reports to the Solutions Purchasing Director
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- BA or BS in Business, Management, Engineering, or other field
- Must have 3+ years of fleet management experience
- Experience with project management
- Experience with procurement negotiation, contract management, and cost and value analysis
- Ability to prioritize activities, resolve issues, and positively influence others
- Strong customer, verbal, and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
