You will join Vestas' expanding Shared Services Center in Manila. You will be a crucial part of Vestas' transformation into the digital landscape, joining the Digital Product Area for Digital Service Operations. Reporting to the Test Chapter Lead of the Digital Service Operation Product area, your role will be to build a sense of belonging among the various teams and uphold our commitment to professional standards. Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, and execution of test scripts for Salesforce Field Service Lightning (both manual & automated test scripts - automation is beneficial)
- Collaborate with product owners, product architects, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into test plans and other test artifacts
- Create, maintain, and enhance test suite including regression test suite (test automation framework is beneficial)
- Identify, document, and track software bugs/defects using Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Has basic knowledge and is conversant with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practice
- Mentor and guide junior members of the QA team in testing standards & best practices (Test automation is beneficial)
- Conduct testing standard reviews to ensure quality and adherence to testing processes
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and bug fixes
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in test automation and Salesforce
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2-3 years in a lead role
- Test automation experience and knowledge is advantageous
- Significant experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning and Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience with test automation tools such as Azure DevOps, Tosca & etc.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Salesforce certifications are beneficial

- Comprehensive knowledge of both manual testing and test automation frameworks and tools, especially within the Salesforce environment
- Proven ability to guide, mentor, and inspire the QA team
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Has the ability to ensure high quality and accuracy in test scripts and results
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes
- Good organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks and product QA teams simultaneously
- Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and continuously improving testing processes and tools
