Responsibilities
- Responsible for assessing business talent needs and developing strategies to address them. Functioning as the primary point of contact for the business leaders and HR Business Partners on ongoing global Talent Management initiatives
- To know the identified talents and their development steps, you will provide guidance and facilitation in key talent management initiatives like people reviews, talent reviews, performance management, talent development, and succession
- Working closely with the key stakeholders to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pools and translate that data into insights through data analysis that encourages deliberate Talent Management action plans at the appropriate levels
- Enabling the movement of critical people across functions and regions
- Acting as a career coach and development advisor for our People and focusing on developing and sourcing appropriate career developments
- Facilitating talent brokering meetings with leaders in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to enable the internal mobility of people
- Design and develop global talent initiatives tailored for local implementation to ensure alignment with regional needs
- Manage and guide initiatives that promote DEIB throughout the organization
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Several years of experience in talent partnering, recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles

- Ability to assess business talent needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs
- Adequate analytical skills to evaluate talent requirements and develop effective strategies

- Proficiency in managing ongoing global Talent Management initiatives
