T&M Associates is currently seeking a Full-Time Staff Environmental Scientist in Indianapolis, IN. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry level environmental scientist beginning their career. This role will require develop and deliver training. You will be responsible for assisting with client metrics, environmental sampling, and inspections, permit modifications and applications, chemical and waste management, as well as annual and quarterly reporting to Federal and State authorities. Please note that this role will require 30% travel.

Qualifications:

BS required, preferred in Environmental Science, Biology or Chemistry, Geology, Ecology, Sustainability or Engineering
0-3 years of related environmental project experience preferred. Experience with technical scientific writing a plus.
Familiarity with compliance regulations and interpretations
Field work experience (sampling, inspections, and field oversight)
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
Good interpersonal skills and customer focus within a consulting environment
