Maintenance Technician- Indianapolis, IN.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift

Responsibilities
- Operate independently to provide facility maintenance
- Provide preventive maintenance to balers, shredders, conveyors, and other facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Ability to multi-task as well as being self-disciplined
- Monitor/maintain the facilities and all plant equipment
- Manage shop supplies and parts
- Basic forklift mechanic skills, skid steer
- *53' semi-trailer knowledge is a plus
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5+ years of professional maintenance experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- High level of mechanical aptitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer skills are a plus
- Welding experience or willingness to learn
- Hydraulic experience or willingness to learn
- Valid Driver’s License
