Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role within our division focused on Facility Management and Building Services Contractors.
If you are passionate about building relationships and driving business growth, this role is for you! You will have the opportunity to achieve impactful results through a consultative selling approach while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate should be based in Warsaw or nearby, as the scope of the role covers the entire Poland.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Represent the company as a global leader in the Facility Management sector.
- Promote the company’s innovative solutions at conferences and meetings, specifically within the facilities management sector.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and understand customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Prepare sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and related documentation.
- Provide reliable feedback and support after-sales.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in key account management and sales.
- Background in sales and/or project management.
- Knowledge of chemicals, products, and industry practices is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven reliability in meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a team environment.
- Fluent in Polish and conversational level of English (B1/B2)
- Familiarity with CRM software.
