Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Conducting training in the use of measurement software for CMM machines
Programming CMM machines using advanced 3- and 5-axis measurement techniques
Carrying out comparative tests using coordinate measurement technique
Installation and calibration of Renishaw measurement systems, includin Coordinate Measuring Machines and universal production gages. Diagnosing faults, selecting components for troubleshooting. Advice and support for clients in the use of measuring machines, Renishaw hardware and software
Participation in marketing events (fairs, seminars, conferences)
Travel/work in the office: 50/50 time
Requirements
Higher technical Degree
Graduates of the faculties of mechanical engineering, mechatronics and mechanical engineering are welcome
1-2 years of experience in technical support or service of coordinate measuring machines. Practical knowledge of technical drawing and coordinate metrology (GD&T) issues. Basic knowledge of electronics and mechanics (machine construction, drive systems and control) will be an additional advantage
Communication skills, accuracy in diagnosing and solving technical problems
Ability to work independently under time pressure
Knowledge of English at a level enabling free communication
Microsoft Office, configuration, operation, and knowledge of the construction of PC computers
