Your responsibilities:
- Receiving and fulfilling customer orders.
- Entering orders into the SAP system.
- Verifying orders and sending confirmations to customers.
- Monitoring shipments and delivering invoices to customers.
- Checking if orders have been correctly delivered.
- Handling customer complaints and issuing corrective invoices.
- Close cooperation with the Sales, Planning, and Logistics departments.
The ideal candidate has:
- Documented experience: 2-3 years in a customer service environment (but not necessary).
- Experience managing SAP orders.
- Fluent German (reading, writing, speaking).
- Very good knowledge of English, German and Polish.
- Strong attention to detail when working in a motivated team.
- Experience in data processing.
It would be nice if you also have:
- Experience in an international manufacturing/sales company.
- Excellent client management skills and experience in professional interactions.
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
