About the Role
This role will support the Project Managers in the running of the BMD Group Safety, Environment and Quality Systems across project sites in Victoria. This will involve:
- Promoting the development and implementation of safety, environmental and quality standards that address all compliance and due diligence requirements.
- Conducting safety, environmental and quality audits and inspections.
- Preparing reports for senior management.
- Assisting with education and training of BMD staff in the areas of safety, environmental and quality systems.
- Preparing work method statements, project plans, and inspection and test plans.
- Developing and implementing system changes and improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will need
- Qualification in work health and safety (minimum of Cert IV).
- Qualification in training and assessment desirable.
- Prior experience in the construction industry highly regarded
- Current knowledge of legislation, standards, and industry requirements.
