Modvion builds the next generation of wind turbine towers with laminated wood – nature’s carbon fiber. Using wood enables radical reductions in carbon emissions, making it possible to generate net zero energy from wind power. In fact, considering that wood is also storing carbon the tower itself is carbon negative – storing more carbon than it produces during production. To reach stronger and more stable winds and thereby producing more energy, wind turbines are getting taller. Thanks to our patented modular towers, we offer a cost-efficient solution for tall wind turbine towers that is also easily transported - something the wind industry is really excited about!

What will you be doing
At Modvion there is a lot of action! As our intern you will be responsible for developing the digitalization of our employee value proposition. We are looking to automate, simplify and make accessible all of our EVP to all our employees.
We progress daily as an organization and have short decision-making paths, which means that you have a great opportunity to influence. You will be working closely with our People & Culture Manager who will support you when you need it and trust you to take a lot of initiatives yourself as well.
We are looking for
To be successful in the role, we believe that you are studying and/or have worked with people and culture and that you understand and adore digitalization.
Fluent Swedish and English, both orally and written, is a requirement.
As a person you have a strong action-oriented drive, like to take initiatives and thrive when you are able to influence and develop an organization. You are communicative and love to learn and to transfer that knowledge into digital platforms.
We estimate this internship to a period of 6 months.
