We’re seeking a skilled Certified Electrician to join our team full-time and help power homes and businesses with clean, sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform the electrical installation of solar systems, including wiring, mounting, and integration with household power supplies.
- Supervise installation teams to ensure all work is performed safely and to the highest standards.
- Visit prospective job sites to evaluate the scope of work and provide accurate assessments.
- Inspect and maintain existing solar systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of installations.
What you bring:
- Red Seal Electrical Certification with a minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical
systems.
- FSR Certification (Class B or above) is an asset but not required.
- A strong commitment to quality and excellence in every project.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (mandatory).
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on rooftops.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Enthusiasm for renewable energy and a desire to grow in the solar industry.

- Physical Strength and Endurance: Capable of handling physically demanding tasks, including carrying solar panels and equipment (up to 60 lbs.) and working on rooftops in varying weather conditions.
