In this role, you’ll get to use your knowledge to help run our Service and Repairs division by assisting technicians with troubleshooting problems in the field, estimating time and material, supporting and developing the team around you with your years of roofing knowledge, and best of all you won't be tied to a desk!

Responsibilities and Duties
- Explain issues to customers to help them solve their roofing problems.
- Put together seasonal maintenance contracts to best take care of specific roofing needs based on the type of roof and geographic region.
- Ensure that every customer receives outstanding service.
- Uphold rigorous safety and quality standards.
- Lead a team of extraordinary service technicians.
- Efficiently help to coordinate and schedule job sites to enhance productivity and ensure timely project completion.
- Deliver accurate and detailed estimates for roof repair projects, taking into account all necessary factors such as materials, labour, and potential contingencies.
- Inspire and support our talented service technicians by offering continuous, high-quality training and demonstrating strong, effective leadership.
- facilitate regular learning opportunities, provide hands-on guidance, and cultivate an environment where technicians are motivated to enhance their skills and deliver exceptional service.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns throughout the roofing service process, providing expert advice that exceeds customer expectations.
- Perform comprehensive root cause analyses to prevent recurring technical issues and achieve long-term customer satisfaction.
- Conduct frequent on-site safety inspections to comply with our rigorous Health and Safety standards, prioritizing the well-being of both our team and clients.
- Carry out thorough and ongoing inspections at job sites to ensure that all work consistently aligns with our high-quality standards.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 5+ years of overseeing a crew or roofing projects
- Extensive knowledge and experience with a wide variety of roofing systems including sloped and flat roofs
- Fall Protection Certification is considered an asset
- Red Seal and RRO in Roofing is considered an asset
