What You’ll Do
As an Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing solar farm performance by:
- Identifying and implementing production-enhancing improvements, monitoring asset health, and managing technical and financial risks.
- Collaborating closely with the solar team to develop and execute analytics plans that provide valuable insights for each solar farm.
- Providing technical expertise during internal meetings and client calls.
- Mentoring junior team members, managing analytics projects, and taking the initiative to improve processes and tools.
What You’ll Need
- Knowledge of the technical and commercial aspects of solar farm operations.
- Experience in the design, service, or operation of solar farms, including SCADA systems, data historians, and preconstruction or operational yield assessments.
- Familiarity with solar inverter operations (preferred but not required).
- A technical mindset with strong data analytics skills, including proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python, and PVSyst.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Bonus Points For
- Experience working with a solar farm developer, OEM, or engineering consultancy.
- Experience collaborating with teams across multiple time zones.
- Fluency in additional languages.
