Job Summary:
The data Entry Clerk compiles and verifies data to ensure accuracy while appropriately formatting it. This includes preparing documents for entry and transcribing from paper formats into computer files using manual entry or scanners.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Enter receipts into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
Gather receipts for credit card holders
Maintain and update vendor records
Input invoices/bills into Quickbooks Online/Desktop
Follow data entry procedures and guidelines with the accounting manager and account payables supervisor
Organize data and store data in Quickbooks Online/Desktop
Provide assistance to other departments when needed.
Keep track of data entry progress and product pricing for our inventory purchases done with Credit Cards or checks.
Allocate purchase orders and sales receipts to projects in QuickBooks.
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Requirements
Required Experience/Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
Quickbooks Online or Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise
Attention to detail and Confidentiality
Knowledge of office computer systems and software
Experience working in data entry software and maintaining detailed information.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant field.
Proven experience in data entry, at least one year experience.
Typing speed and accuracy and organization skills
Strong written and communication skills with clients and customers
Excellent knowledge of google docs.
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
Great attention to detail

While performing the duties of this job, occasionally required to use hand to handle, touch and use tools, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, twist, lift, reach, push, pull, grasp, balance, talk, hear, and ambulate during the course of employment
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and an ability to adjust focus
Employee may be required to travel for business purposes
