Prosolar Puerto Rico has a great opportunity for a solar foreman to lead, follow safety requirements review plans and monitor progress from start to finish. Duties/Responsibilities:

Managing installation crew on the job site.
Responsible for all aspects of solar and project completion.
Ability to solve and provide direction for efficiency and quality control
Enforcing Safety procedures and reinforcing best practices
Reviewing Design and maintain communication with Site Assessor.
Installing racking, wire runs, inverters, main panel and other equipment as necessary.
Accurate report progress, deadlines, inventory and communication among the crews.
Assigning installers their duties while monitoring progress, and reinforcing best practices.
Troubleshoot malfunctions
Check the qualities of the installation.
Complete installations according to specified design
Through each job, communicate with the PM updating with the progress of the projects.
Training and coaching new installers.
Other tasks as assigned

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be available and flexibility to work 6 days a week.
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
Must be organized and self-driven
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Leadership and attention to detail
Ability to multitask

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Have 2+ years of installation experience and 1 year of leading a crew
Experience in Solar Energy

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing and being on feet
Must be able to lift 50lbs -75lbs
Must be able to work with heights; rooftops and climbing ladders
