Job Title: Executive Chef
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to oversee our culinary operations and lead our kitchen team. The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences by developing innovative menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining a profitable and efficient kitchen operation. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a passion for culinary excellence to our establishment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain seasonal menus that showcase creativity and culinary expertise.
• Ensure all food preparation meets high-quality standards and follows prescribed recipes.
• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management, and sanitation.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to plan and execute special events and promotions.
• Maintain cost controls and profitability by minimizing waste and optimizing kitchen productivity.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve menu offerings and kitchen operations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills and a demonstrated ability to create innovative dishes and menus.
• Excellent leadership and management abilities with a track record of building and leading successful kitchen teams.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field preferred.
• Certification from a recognized culinary institution is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Payrate:
$65,000+ depending on experience.
