ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do…
- Supervise/Coach Safety, Quality and Productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work.
- Manage and supervise all production activities according to production orders, inventory and delivery dates provided by suppliers.
- Ensure the completion of production plans and the delivery of goods on time with high quality.
- Oversee the formulation, revision inspection, supervision, control and implementation of management systems such as production, equipment optimization, safety inspection, environmental protection, and production statistics.
- Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership.
- Build strong interpersonal relationships and create a conducive work environment for teams to complete their assigned responsibilities / tasks.
- Support Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) and coach problem resolution to the lowest level.
- Ability to work various shifts and hours, including weekends.
QualificationsYou’ll have…
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year working experience in team management.
• At least 1 year manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with the automotive manufacturing and/or battery cell manufacturing.
• Ability to travel extensively, including internationally
Even better, you may have...
• Associate’s degree or above, preferred.
• 3 years manufacturing supervisory experience.
• 3 years in a battery cell manufacturing environment.

This position is a range of salary grades SGR 6 -SGR 7.
This role will start remote and then will be working hybrid out of Marshall, MI, with expectation to be on-Site at Marshall once building construction and timing is established (relocation package available).
Once your employment with Ford commences, you will be assigned to BlueOval Battery Michigan LLC. You will continue to be employed by Ford Motor Company but work for BlueOval Battery Michigan LLC, a Ford wholly owned subsidiary located in Marshall, Michigan. You will remain an at-will employee at all times during your employment with Ford or any Ford affiliate or subsidiary with which you later become employed.
