You’ll be at the forefront of driving sales and revenue growth for a company that is a key player in the solar energy distribution sector. Leading a dynamic sales team, you will develop and execute winning strategies to achieve sales goals, while collaborating closely with marketing, finance, operations, and other departments. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, as well as analysing market trends to keep the company competitive. What you’ll need
To be successful in this role, you need to come with a business partner mind-set, you’ll need at least 5 years of experience in sales management within the renewable energy sector, ideally with a background in solar products. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field would be beneficial. You should also bring a strong understanding of the market, demonstrated success in driving revenue, and solid leadership skills. Experience with CRM systems and financial management is also important.
