To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Ability to show successful results in business and client relationship development
- A successful track record executing strategies that generate sales
- Demonstrated project management success for EV/Renewables projects
- Demonstrated strategic development, problem-solving, and project management skills
- A successful track record of managing and motivating multi-discipline teams
- A proven ability to be adaptable
- A proven ability to deal with stressful situations positively
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- A BS in Engineering, Landscape Architecture or Business with 12+ years of technical project management and 5+ years directly related to EV/Renewables is preferred
- Ability to show proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (local travel will be required)
