Profile: Tender Executive
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in tendering, bidding or proposal management within the Solar industry
- Experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Power, Electrical EPC or Infrastructure will be preferred.
Roles:
- Identify and track relevant Government, PSU and Corporate tenders through online tender portals
- Review NITs, RFPs, BOQs, eligibility criteria and technical/commercial requirements
- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial bid documents, quotations and BOQs
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance and Procurement teams for timely bid preparation
- Ensure completeness and compliance of all tender documentation before submission
- Track corrigendums, amendments, pre-bid queries, deadlines and tender results
- Coordinate EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees and other required documentation with Finance
- Maintain a database of ongoing, submitted, awarded and upcoming tenders
- Support management in analysing tender opportunities and improving bid success rates
Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma
- B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical preferred
