What You Are Looking For:
You are excited by the energy, focus, and white space of an early-stage startup. You want to lead all things engineering at Soteria, architect, and be the hands-on builder as a founding Head of Engineering. This role is more than technical expertise; it's about pioneering and steering our data science capabilities.
What We Are Looking For:

Strong foundation in machine learning or data science.

6+ years of hands-on industry experience in developing and deploying robust, scalable systems.

Experience managing the full lifecycle of model development, including data gathering and preparation, training, evaluation, deployment, continuous monitoring, and improvement.

You’ve navigated building product in the early-stages of a startup, and have proven yourself to be a self-starter in these environments.

You're well-versed in a modern tech stack. For ML, we’re working with AutoML, and Python. The platform is built with TypeScript (Next.js, React), Python, Postgres, AWS.
