3+ years' hands-on experience installing grid-tied, hybrid and off-grid solar PV systems
5+ years' experience as a Electrician.
Proven experience on commercial/industrial-scale installations
Experience leading or supervising a installation team on-site
Experience with battery storage systems (lithium and lead-acid) and backup/UPS integration
Solid understanding of inverter commissioning, string sizing, and system design principles
Experience preparing installations for Certificate of Compliance (COC) inspection and sign-off, including correct documentation and as-built records
Working knowledge of SANS 10142-1-2 (wiring code), SANS 61215/61730, and NRS 097 standards
Experience liaising directly with clients on-site, including site assessments, technical walkthroughs, and handover
