Introduction

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Retail Sales Trainer to join a growing team in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and upskilling retail sales teams through product knowledge, sales techniques, customer-service training and performance coaching.

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct training on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service for in-house and retail sales personnel.
Analyse sales performance to identify knowldge and skills gaps.
Work with management to implement performance imporovement programes.
Maintain strong product knowledge of the company's products and services.
Train sales staff on promotions, campaigns and new products.
Promote consistent customer service standars accorss retail outlets.
Assesment and monitoring of retail outlets.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric.
Minumum 2-3 years experience in retail sales management, sales training and customer service.
Previous experience as a Sales Trainer, Retail Manager or Sales Team Leader or similar position.
Demonstrated experience in delivering training or coaching sales employees.
Experience working woth sales targets and perfroment metrics.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Valid drivers liscence.
Own vehicle (advantageous).
Willingness to travel throughout South Africa.
