Are you passionate about sales, people development and renewable energy?
Our client, a growing company in the renewable energy sector, is looking for a Retail Sales Trainer to join their team and empower sales teams to perform at their best.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, Training and Development or a related field will be advantageous
- Sales training, facilitation or coaching certification will be advantageous
- 2 - 3 years' experience in retail sales, sales management, sales training or customer service
- Previous experience as a Sales Trainer, Retail Manager, Sales Team Leader or similar
- Proven experience training, coaching and developing sales employees
- Experience working with sales targets and performance metrics
- Valid driver's license
- Own vehicle will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel throughout South Africa
