- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Automotive Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in Electric Vehicle or Automotive HV systems.
- Proven experience in leading teams or modules, including successful delivery of minimum two full vehicle/EV programs across the entire development lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in product development lifecycle .
- Ability to communicate effectively with global teams and suppliers.
- Hands-on mindset with attention to safety and quality

Must have technical skill | - Deep knowledge of:
- High Voltage Architecture (400V / 800V systems)
- Battery systems (Li-ion chemistry, BMS basics)
- Power electronics (inverters, converters)
- Strong understanding of:
- Electrical schematics & wiring harness design
- HV safety concepts (isolation, grounding, interlocks)
- EMC/EMI design considerations
- Experience in:
- Requirements management tools (xxx Polarion, etc.)
- DFMEA, DVP&R, validation processes
- CAN communication & diagnostics (UDS)
- Familiarity with:
- ISO 26262 Functional Safety
- Automotive standards (AIS, UNECE, IEC, SAE)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Testing & validation of HV components
- Lab equipment (oscilloscopes, insulation testers, etc.)
