Requirements:
- BTech or National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience managing solar PV projects
- Strong project planning and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of EPC contract execution
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and site teams
Responsibilities:
- Manage solar projects from concept to commissioning
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and performance
