We are looking for a highly organized and proactive office coordinator to support our growing Houston office and ensure smooth daily operations. This will be a temporary, contract role to start and will be on-site at our Houston office for approximately 30 hours per week. The initial term of the agreement will be 120 days with the possibly of extension or conversion to full-time employment.

This role will be based out of our Houston, TX office and subject to our return-to-office policy, which currently requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution
- Monitor and route communications via the company’s email and phone system
- Maintain accurate tracking systems for mail and correspondence
- Manage inventory of office supplies, promotional items, and snack stock
- Partner with IT to support the onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring all workstations are equipped with necessary hardware
- Point person for office vendors, maintenance, and similar service providers
- Help coordinate office meetings, team events, and employee engagement activities
- Help ensure that all employees adhere to office security and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office common areas
Qualifications
- 3+ years of office administration, facilities coordination, or similar experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Interest in the renewable energy or battery storage industry a plus
